Full Service Travel Planning- $350+, includes up to 4 travelers, 1 week of travel: Comprehensive trip planning, covering hotels, tours, and transportation, with exclusive access to our partner amenities and unique experiences.
Rates are variable and subject to change at the discretion of JMT Travel Group. All fees are paid before your trip proposal is sent and are non-refundable.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why Should I Use a Travel Advisor?
This is my favorite question! On average, travel planning involves at least 10 hours of research and there are endless options to choose from. It can be so overwhelming to choose where to go and what to do, and it's also disappointing if you choose something that ends up not being what you expected it to be. We give you those 10+ hours back to enjoy your life and family. We also take those overwhelming thousands of options and really narrow it down to what would fit best for YOU. Our extensive list of partners also affords us rates and experiences that are not available to the public. We take what would've been an “ordinary” trip and make it “extraordinary”!
When should I contact you to book my trip?
The sooner the better! In an ideal world, 9-10 months in advance would be the sweet spot. This will ensure you get to stay in your ideal location/accomodations and that experiences you want aren't sold out. We know that life happens and that is not always possible, we will always try our best to make it work no matter the timeline. As soon as you start to daydream about a trip, just shoot us an email!
How do you get paid?
We are paid directly from hotels and companies we book your experiences through. Hotels and other companies will pay other larger online companies directly a percentage to book their services. In my case, instead of the larger company they pay me, a local business, that same percentage. I also may charge a fee that varies based on the type of booking to cover the working hours that I spend researching and planning for you.
Why do you charge fees for some of your services?
This is my second favorite question! For full service planning, it involves an extensive amount of time and research to pair you, my client, with the perfect location and partner(s) in my network. Just like with any other business or job, I am paid fairly for that time.
Why should I purchase travel insurance?
Unexpected things happen ALL the time that are completely out of your control. Weather, illness, job issues (to name a few) unfortunately come up and can cause you to have to cancel your trip. Vacations, no matter the budget, are an investment in money and time. It’s always best to protect that investment. Still not sold? Feel free to email me and ask about the ONE time I chose to not purchase travel insurance years ago and lost every penny I invested in my trip (it still makes me sick). It’s the reason I am so passionate about making sure you also purchase travel insurance.
